9. Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began.
18. For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
9. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
1. THERE is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
9. But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead.
10. Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;
23. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
54. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
55. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
56. The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
57. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
21. For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
1. Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel, which I preached unto you, which ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2. By which also ye are saved, if you keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain
3. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4. And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures
9. Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
6. Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
11. Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
16. So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that showeth mercy.
11. There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
6. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
44. No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
21. For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
12. They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
4. But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared.
5. Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and the renewing of the Holy Ghost;
10. As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
13. In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
28. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
29. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethern.
30. Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
31. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
23. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body
38. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39. Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
13. In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
17. For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.
8. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9. Not of works, lest any man should boast.
4. Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.
5. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
17. For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.
18. Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.
5. Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ,(by grace ye are saved;)
6. And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
