Question: Do you know what the Faith is?

Thought : If a person didn't know what the Faith is, they

wouldn't know if they were keeping the Faith, in

the Faith, or departing from it.

I. What is the Faith?

II. The Faith was a mystery.

V. There was a mystery about the Faith.

A. I Timothy 3:9 Mystery of the Faith

NOTE: If you are a deacon and you don't know the mystery

of the Faith, you are not qualified to be a deacon.

NOTE: God's Grace today will save anyone-race-heritage-

condition. God's Faith, the Lord Jesus Christ,

died for all and is now testified.

VI. There is the unity of the Faith.

VII. We are told to hold the Faith.

NOTE: The keeping of the Faith is a battle. An armour

is to be put on,

VIII. What happens to some concerning the Faith?

NOTE: Seducing spirits and doctrines of devils, cause

some to depart.

B. I Timothy 5:8 Deny the Faith

C. I Timothy 6:10 Err from-the Faith

D. I1 Timothy 3:8 Reprobate concerning the Faith

IX. What happens if we keep the Faith?

A. I1 Timothy 4:7-8 A crown of Righteousness

What did the Faith do for us?

A. Romans 3 : 22 Faith of Christ---Righteousness come upon

those that believe

B. Galatians 2:16 Justified by the Faith of Christ

C . Galatians 3:22 The promise of the Holy Spirit is given

to those that believe by the Faith of Christ

D. Ephesians 3:12 The Believer has access to the Faher by

the Faith of Christ

NOTE: The Above verses from the King James Bible em-

phasize the Faith of Christ. All other translation

deny the Faith by changing the Faith OF Christ,

to the Faith IN Christ.

 

BELIEVE AND TRUST THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST. HE DIED FOR OUR SINS,

WAS BURIED AND ROSE AGAIN THE THIRD DAY. BY THE FAITH OF CHRIST

WE ARE SAVED.
